Mele nodded her head."I have enough strength," she said."I just, don't think summoning Sivain right now is a good idea.She won't be happy and I don't want the base to go up in flames."Mele played with her hair for a moment.

Nori got into position, waiting.He figured she'd come out at some point, so he'd wait until then.His red-brown hair stood out, but he didn't care.He was hidden enough that no one would see him.Nori blinked and waited, eager to destroy the Healer. |

Lupa got out of Icy's arms, "I'm going to go out and go to the lake up north. Are you coming?" She looked excited. She always had loved the water and she knows that the loving but idiotic Beta couldn't object such a look.

"I suppose..." He held her hand as he started to walk, "I'm still kind of nervous about all of this."
He don't want anything to happen to Mele. Nothing at all.

Damn, call him a idiot or something, but he couldn't just deny that look. He actually struggled, but when he saw her pleading and excited eyes, he couldn't just be heartless and say not. He blushed, "Yes, Lupa. We'll go together."

"Yay! Thank you so much, love!" She kissed him and ran down the hallway quickly going for the elevator, lifting the bottom of her skirt so that she can run properly, her long blue hair flowing behind her.

Xylon smiled, and raised his hand to comb though her white hair with his fingers. "I'm sure it will, Mele." He just adored her, loved her more than anything. Why did he fall for a klutz anyways? He searched his thought for a reason. Maybe it's her compliments, or the cute faces she make? He doesn't know, just continued to be on guard in case of any attack.
Icy
He blushed as he walked down the same path. Guess he's going out again. He smiled at how although he's married to her, he still manages to blush. She seems even more outgoing since he married her. He chuckled, putting a hand on his hips and shaking his head at how much of a child Lupa can be.

Nori walked out of his hiding place."I expected to be able to kill the Healer, but a two-in-one deal works too," said Nori calmly.He watched Xylon and Mele from where he stood, in the open.He casually drew his sword."Any last words before I kill you both?" he asked.
Mele
Mele watched Nori, fear and surprise showing in her eyes.She tried her best not to radiate it, knowing how much it upset Xylon.She had seen his reactions to her fear in the past and now she was trying to hold it in, keep it to herself.Mele didn't speak, she couldn't find anything to say.She had Xylon to protect her but she wondered if that was enough. |

Xylon protectively stood in front of Mele, "You're not going to kill her." He can sense Mele's fear, and to tell the truth, it's almost like his own sudden fear. Through tough battles and a harsh past he learned how to steel himself almost immediately, void of any fears on his face. It was impossible to tell that he feared for Mele at all. He looked at the boy closely, "You're just a soldier."

Mele closed her eyes and put her hand over her heart.She hid behind Xylon like a coward.The male's words struck home for her, but she wouldn't admit it.Mele opened her eyes and looked at her charm.She'd be a support in any battle, but that was all she was good for.So be it, she'd help Xylon if he chose to fight. |

"She's not a coward. You don't know her." Xylon defended, his voice clipped. He didn't see her as a coward; she endured so much more pain from insults and turn downs from Disparity. How is it that this girl gets the instant judgment of weakness and cowardice? Mele even was brave enough to endure a freaking arrow from Icy. His anger was building, but he didn't show it. He doesn't care if he's called weak, pathetic, princess or anything else (but a CAT), it's just when someone insults Mele in a way as Nori did...he growled.

What a blow to his pride! The guts of this hippie! Xylon ran towards Nori as quick as lightning, and threw a punch.

Nori was able to leap out of the way."Shame, you do hand-to-hand.It's a downside to you.It'll be so much fun to cut you up for me though," said Nori.He laughed and slashed out with his sword.
Mele
Mele could only watch in fear.She could see that Xylon wasn't thinking straight and that could really get him hurt.She closed her eyes and held herself before opening her eyes to watch.Her hair was blown by the wind again, but she did not move it out of her face. |

He dodged by spinning away, barely getting sliced. Growling, he thought desperately of a way to disarm the boy. His eyes flickered to Mele for a second before focusing back of Nori.

Nori spun around and lunged at Xylon once more.He wasn't going to give in yet.He wanted to kill at least one of them today.Nori realized he underestimated Xylon and he was losing.He aimed his sword for Xylon's side, where he'd be able to draw some blood. |
