The sword managed to pierce his side, the blood trickled from his side. He held onto the blade, cutting his palm but he had to make sure that the boy was disarmed or immobile if he had a fighting chance to survive this; and executed a kick for Nori's leg that would make Nori loose his balance if it the boy didn't foresee the attack.

Nori
Nori lost his balance but he didn't let go of the blade because Xylon was holding it.His hand was burnt, the bottom of the blade turned red as it melted.He held his hand and looked at his melted sword.He cursed as he stood up.
Mele
During the fight, Mele had summoned Sivain.The spirit now stood there, in a human form.Her white cat-like ears stuck out from under her messy, short light brown hair.Sivain had a white fox-like tail as well.The spirit was wearing a white, billowing kimono.Around her neck was black string and her eyes were a gray-purple.
Mele stood behind Sivain, holding her arm casually as she watched the fight change."Be careful with your fire, Sivain," said Mele.The spirit nodded and held out her hand, a ball of fire swirling above her palm, waiting to be launched.Mele knew she wasn't the one fighting, but she was hoping this would change the tide of the battle. |

Calmly Xylon knelt, keeping a firm grip on the blade. He only let the smallest of pains show on his face. That's what Sivain looked like huh? Alright. Maybe the tides of this war can switch to his favor. He always hated fighting people with sharp objects....
Why isn't it his fear? Maybe it's been so long since he fought a person with a sharp weapon.

"So the tides are shifting?" asked Nori, tilting his head."Very well then, I'm sure I can take on at least one of you."Nori was blasted back by the fire.He hit a tree and stood up, feeling the burns on his chest.He wouldn't look down at them, he knew it'd be bad.
Mele
"Easy Sivain, try to be more careful.Enemy or not, life is precious," she said.She looked over at Xylon."Some more precious than the rest," she added softly.Sivain didn't speak, she was mad at Mele. |

Xylon grunted, the pain almost unbearable. Having a sword protruding from your side isn't the most pleasant of things. "Of course." he breathed, and then smirked. He tugged the sword out of him, and jumped away. His palm had a thick red line of blood across it, and blood oozed out of his deep side wound.

Nori realized he couldn't win with the spirit there.He also couldn't reach Mele to kill the healer and get rid of the spirit either.Nori took out a dagger, sharpened and threw it at Xylon before running off.He ran away from the scene, taking different roads until he reached the Screen base. |

He couldn't dodge it, the knife was too quick. He felt intense pain in his left eye. He had no choice but to scream out of sheer agony. He stumbled backwards, blinded from his left eye. He was covering his face.
(Sorry, kind of had to. I want him to get an awesome eye patch now xD And it's proof that he isn't a coward as Disparity says sooo........... yeah.)

Mele
Mele stood there, stunned for a moment.She felt someone brush past her, but right then and there she was shocked.She fell to her knees, confused about everything.Sivain vanished in a puff of smoke, leaving Mele, there infront of the steps, alone.
Disparity
"What the heck happened?" snapped Disparity, approaching Xylon.He was clueless of what had happened, working on his latest plans for explosions.He had been oblivious to the fight outside.

Xylon didn't answer, he only focused on the pain. His eye, gone. His hands continued to shake and cover his face, not because of the pain, but because he's pissed at Nori. He'll kill that boy one day.
Mele. What happened to Mele?
"M-Mele, are you alright?" he said. "Are you hurt?"
(:/ He seems kinda pissed at Nori. Uh oh. Disparity are you gonna bully people again?)

"Yeah," I'm fine," said Mele."He didn't touch me."Mele looked over at Disparity.At first, she was confused but that confusion became rage."This is your fault, Disparity!You should have known better than to send out Xylon for this," she snapped.She needed someone to blame.
Disparity at first said nothing."You're right, Mele," said Disparity softly."It is my fault.I'm sorry, both of you."Mele gasped softly and watched Disparity."Mele, why don't you go and rest?I can help Xylon, I owe you both that much," he told her.Mele looked at Disparity before standing."Y-Yes, of course, Disparity," said Mele.She vanished inside and went up to her room, confused.
Disparity
"Let's get you're wounds bandaged and see what can be done about your eye, Xylon," said Disparity."Do you need me to support you?"It was not a sarcastic question, but a considerate one. |

He was relieved that Nori didn't even touch Mele. That fear of Mele getting hurt could be put to rest for now.
"I don't think I can walk with all of this pain." Xylon grunted, "May I have support?" He put down the hand that covered his right side of his face, but the other one stood where the knife was.

Disparity
Disparity wrapped his arm around Xylon, not caring how it would look to others.He began to lead Xylon inside, careful with the wounded Beta.He didn't say anything to Xylon.There was nothing really to say right now.
Mele
Mele sat on her bed in silence.She knew there was a good chance that Xylon would be blind in the eye he got stabbed in.Still, she wasn't shallow enough to judge Xylon on looks.He was still Xylon, no matter what.She wanted to get back at the Screens for this though.She closed her eyes and fell back against her pillow. |

"Am...I going to be blind on my left eye?" he asked, almost reluctantly. Will Mele be angry at him? Will Disparity continue to be as harsh as he was before? Why this sudden kindness? Through Disparity's eyes from what he has been told, he was weak, a coward. Why this kindness...? "I'm sorry, I didn't foresee this coming. I didn't realize the Screen had such a soldier."

"...I don't mind." Actually, he does, but he won't admit that. He sighed. "I hope Mele won't blame herself for what happened." He stared at the ground for a while. Blind in the left eye huh? Will he ever get used to it? After a while, he's sure that he'll get used to it.
