Through Life's Troubles [Sign-Ups]

Everyone has that one single friend who it seems they've known for their entire life; that one friend who they know they could always depend on. No matter what they encounter in life, they know that they always have that friend willing to stand up for them, willing to support them through life's troubles.

This roleplay does not have much of a plot. It is really more of a character driven thing. It will start with all of the characters being children, and will slowly cover their lives and relationships. As the characters grow older, things will of course get harder for them, and it is how they cope with these changes that we will be writing about. Of course, there will be time-skips, so it's not like we'll be writing out every single day of their lives.

Rules:
1. Be committed. As the not-exactly-plot plot may imply, this roleplay is going to be more of a long-term type roleplay spanning over quite a bit of time in real-life. I do not expect you to post every day (although you can if you want to xD), I just expect you to stay committed to the roleplay. A post once every four days or so should be plenty, although posts that occur more often would be nice.
2. Please write at a semi-literate level at least. I do not expect 4000 word novels. As long as you write with good grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc., I'm fine with post lengths of a paragraph to four paragraphs or so. Of course, you can always write more. Just don't write less that three sentences per character, please.
3. Be polite to other RPers. This is a given. All you need to do is act in a civil manner and behave courteously to others, and everything will be fine. Please do not get into arguments!

A Little Bit About Characters....

Since this is a roleplay based on the lives of the characters, the characters obviously play a major role in it. Therefore, I would like for you to take time in creating your character skeleton, and I would like for you to be as detailed as possible. As you may notice if you look at the character skeleton, I have separated different sections of it by age. Please do not fill out any sections past 'Child' until we get to that point in the roleplay. After all, character development is the backbone of the roleplay, and it would be rather boring if we could only develop our characters by a pre-written sheet, don't you think?
