She waited for the last of Alec's energy to leak out of the sword, turning it back to it's normal form. She pulled it out of the tree, and laid it beside Andrew. She licked the side of his head which she knew he hated. She looked up and saw Alex sitting by himself. No, I don't have to do this. He has Phoenix, he doesn't need me to keep him company. Despite her reasoning, she went and laid beside him, laying her head in his lap.

The day I died was my wedding day. She put it bluntly, and tried to hold back her feelings. Everything's fine, I just never got over it. And it kills me a little on the inside whenever I think about it.
