Mele just stood there."Care to untie me?" asked Mele.She looked over at Nori."Nah, I'm good.I feel safe if you're tied up," said Nori.
"Can I have my necklace back?" asked Mele.Nori walked over and slipped it around her neck."Thanks," said Mele.

He thought about the young girl, how much she hated Nori and him. He couldn't believe that he angered just a girl by believing in ideals that are possible to bring peace between them. He looked down, at his work...just a little more to do this blood test correctly, then he's gonna have to wait twenty minutes to get the results.

Disparity lowered himself down.He felt himself being drawn to the Screen base.If they have her, all hell will break loose, he thought furiously.His hair was whipped back from the breeze and the swords gleamed in the moonlight. |

He stared at the results, and laughed, he knew it!
He returned to the room, and looked at the young girl, "I...figured out what you are. The results came a little faster than I anticipated, but it's results nonetheless..." He smiled softly. Maybe his brother will find happiness.

Mele didn't respond until she was untied completely."That's impossible," she said, rubbing one wrist.She had marks from the rope digging into her skin."I'm a full human, nothing else to it.I think I would remember something like that," Mele said. |

Mele was about to say something but the door was broken open.She looked over her shoulder to see Disparity.He looked at Icy and Nori with his eyes ice cold."I knew something was wrong.Give Mele back now," he snapped. |

"I would have considered it earlier, but now that I find you kidnapped my Healer, forget it," said Disparity.Mele walked over to him, stumbling slightly.Disparity watched her for a moment and put his arm around her."Now, we'll just be fighting harder," said the Alpha.He guided Mele outside and spread his wings out before picking up the girl and leaping into the air.He flew off, not even wanting to hear the explanation of Icy. |

Nori looked at his Beta."We were close, but it looks like Disparity is blinded by something.I think he'd want to see reason, but he's so confused about something else, he's just being a pain on purpose," said Nori.He held the ropes in his hands calmly.
Disparity
Disparity landed outside of the Echos base.Holding Mele's wrist, he led her inside.He notices she seemed lost in her own thoughts so he didn't bother her.Disparity pressed the button for the elevator and then pressed the one for the fifth floor.He stood beside Mele, not looking at her.
He also pressed the button for the ninth floor."I'll leave you to talk to Xylon alone.He seemed worried," said Disparity.The doors opened and he watched her walk out and down the hallway.He waited patiently for the elevator to take him up to his room.
Mele
Mele walked to the infirmary quietly.She opened the door and walked into the examination room, where she had left Xylon.Everything Icy had told her, it couldn't be true.She didn't want to believe it, but deep down, she realized she did.She did believe what he told her. |

Maybe..."Maybe....Maybe something so terrible happened to Lon got him so distracted. I don't know...Was it right...to tell her what I thought? To tell her who she is?" He pondered over his question, but faked his unease with his smile, "Ah! I should be going to my lovely wife now~!" He then headed for the doorway to leave the room.
Xylon
"M-Mele!" He got up quickly, causing his side to sting suddenly. Out of shock, his hand flew to his side, and his face twisted in pain. He shouldn't be caring about his pain, is Mele hurt? He looked at Mele again, "Mele, are you hurt? Where have you been?" He saw that she was in deep thought with his remaining sight. Something must have happened...

Mele blinked for a moment.She walked over to Xylon and kissed him lightly on the lips.Whe she broke away, she put her hands on his shoulders."I'm fine," said Mele."I was kidnapped by the Screens but they didn't do anything bad to me.That solider that attacked us tied me up and the Beta took a blood sample, but they untied me and Disparity came and got me.Nothing to worry about."She smiled up at him.Her eyes betrayed nothing of what she was thinking.
Nori
Nori watched the Beta go before putting the rope back where he found it.He didn't understand any of this and he didn't really want to.He sat back down and spread out on the couch before falling asleep. |
