"I don't know." he said. "I worked at bars, walked around, hit you with a car in which I apologize for. My brakes weren't working." He thought about it some more, thinking that the day before it was just fine. He wondered if someone had set him up for a situation like this. He pushed that thought away. "I've worked at offices and in the government. I like walking into bars and just drinking occasionally, which is what I'm going to do tonight."

"Oh." he said. "Do you like this place? It's unfamiliar to me..."

You don't know if I want to forget some problems of my own for a bit." Kratos said, folding his arms. "He's right though. You were drunk as hell." He readjusted his hat.

"And I have a right to be drunk!" snapped Sivain. Fire danced across her finger tips as she sat up completely.

Nero watched as a small copper spider hid itself on the backside of Kratos's hat. "And I'm to blame as well, I frightened her into the street."

"Watch it woman, I could arrest you where you are. Hospitalized or not." Kratos said. He didn't seem surprised with the flames. Sighing, Kratos took off his hat and flicked the spider off. His ears were like a cat's. Casually, he put the cap back on.

"Go ahead," said Sivain, laughing. "I've been put on death row a few times in my life. I've been arrested a good number of times, too. I can just get bail money and it's all good."

Nero ignored the flames and threats, focused on the spider. He watched it crawl back up the wall, and jump onto Kratos's hat again.

Kratos took off his hat, he had been watching the spider too, momentarily ignoring Sivain. He flicked it off again. "Oh, wait, what?" He looked at her with a confused look, "You were saying something? This spider is annoying me."

"Ah... I see..." he said, "Time nor the thoughts of people stop either."

Kratos glared at Nero before looking at Sivain. "I see." he said. "And like any other criminal, you'd rely on others to bail you?"

"I don't find my drunken behaviors to be 'criminal'. I've only streaked twice. Then there were the many times I parked my tree in cars. Or slept in a tree. Or skinny dipped," said Sivain. "But, I only was bailed out for murder and once for parking in a tree by my friend. Any other time was my own money."
"To keep murderers in. Though, that doesn't always work," Kione told Ash.

Nero looked at one of the nurses. "Sedate her before she says something she regrets when she's sober." The nurse nodded, and prepared a small syringe. The spider arranged itself on Kratos's pants leg, tightly clinging to the fibers.
