Circe.
"Just, trust me Icy. Please?"

Icy nodded, his multi-color eyes looking at Circe with childish curiosity.

Circe.
"Good. Now just wait here." She continued to go down towards the cows.

Icy stood at his spot, watching Circe carefully.

Circe.
Circe shifted into her wolf form. She simply burned her way through the fence. Her silver eyes watched the cows for a moment, listening to their heartbeats with her finely tuned hearing. She picked out two, close together that would be perfect. She stalked towards them like a silent cat before standing a few feet away, letting out a howl that spooked them. She launched at them, causing them to run.
Of course, it would have alerted the farmer. She could probably guess what he was doing. Arousing from his nap in confusion, cursing as he put on his coat and looked for his rifle, then the ammo for it. By that time, she would be by the exit she created. Which, she was. A few other cows escaped, but the rest were either too terrified or too lazy to move. Her two weren't, for she repeatedly bit them to get them to where she wanted them to go.
As they left the farm, two bullets grazed Circe. One on her side, the other on her shoulder. A third hit one of the cows, causing it to slow down very little. Still, once they were out of the farm and the firing stopped, she knew he had given up. Circe killed both cows and began to drag one back to Icy.

"Mommy!" Icy said approaching her as fast as he can with his tiny legs.

Circe.
Circe dragged the cow to her son, releasing it. She was panting only a little. She didn't shift back and instead wagged her tail as she left to go get the other cow for him.

Icy ran after her, more concerned for his mother than his hunger.

Circe.
Circe already had reached the cow. She was already dragging it back.

Icy stopped, seeing Circe drag it back. He looked back at the first cow, then at his mother. He knew that he was hungry, but still, he was more concerned for his mother.

Circe.
Circe continued to drag the cow until it was beside the second one. She let it go and began to lick her shoulder.

Icy sighed, "Mommy are you okay?" he asked.

Circe.
Circe stopped cleaning up the blood and shifted back to normal. She winced at the burn from her side. "Yeah," said Circe.

The two year old just looked at her with concern.

Circe.
"I'm really alright, Icy."
