Circe didn't resist Alec, she just leaned into him. Perhaps it was time to let go of Alex, even if every bit of her denied him as dead now. Still, Circe knew it was better for Ash and herself. She couldn't save Ash, but maybe someone else could.

Alec said nothing. He wanted Circe to mourn and grieve at her own pace, not what everyone kept telling her she should do. "If you need time to get over him, it's fine. Take your time doing so."

Yogan set Ash down on a bench as the boy stirred. Nina, more worried about her brother, was by him, running a hand through his hair. Ash had a headache.
"Where am I?" Yogan opened his mouth to explain to the boy.He held the door open for Circe quietly.
