He thought about maybe Alexander missed Circe's laugh or touches. He wondered if he was just a replacement. He didn't mind if he was. He deserved it.

Even now, I doubt she knows of the executions I've been forcing upon my people for rebellions and treasons. This is a life I don't wish to force on her, Alec."

"We can probably move him really carefully," said Sivain. "I'm sure he'd be upset if he wasn't in our room. There are spare blankets and pillows in the closet. What if we use those after he falls asleep? Make him a bed on the floor, perhaps."

Kratos chuckled and getting out off of the bed, he strolled over to the door and opened it.
Serafeim looked like he was asleep standing up. Kratos picked him up and walked back, sitting on the bed. He laid the little boy down and ran a hand through the boy's hair.
He honestly didn't want the boy to be diagnosed with a fatal disease."He's been asleep for fourteen years. I doubt he'll awaken."

With his hands becoming small balls of fists on Sivain's shirt, the boy buried his face into her stomach and fell asleep. Kratos chuckled and rubbed the boy's hair, behind the cat-like ear. "He's beautiful, Sivain. Just like you," he stated.Alec looked at her confused. He had a look of "what?" on his face.
